Doing exercise with Zuzia

We have started to do exercise. Now we follow Zuzia.

First English day

Last Tuesday 17th March we celebrated the first English day in school. There were a lot of activities. Here you can see some of them.

Después de la videoconferencia con Rumanía en la que preguntaron ¿Cómo van al colegio?, los alumn@s de segundo recorrieron el colegio peguntando a sus compañer@s y anotándolo en un nuevo gráfico. Todo en inglés, haciendo partícipes al resto del alumnado de su proyecto.

Jobs domino

During the las weeks the students of second class have prapared many activities with their partners from Poland and Rmania.
One of them has been about occupations. They draw pictures of many different jobs and with all of them they made a domino. Now they can play with something done by them.

El alumnado de segundo ha preparado un dominó sobre oficios con sus compañeros europeos. Ahora todos pueden jugar con el mismo juego. Y lo que es aún mejor, con un juego hecho por ellos.

Interview to our cooks

As we were talking about healthy food our last activity ahs been an intervew to the cooks of our school and the Polish one. The anserw were quite similar. You can read the interviews in the following document.

European prizes

We are in the last shortlist of the eTwinning European prizes with our project "Booky's Books for you". In a few days will know the result.

We've learned about Portugalete and Brasov, the Romanian town we are working with. Come with us in this interesting walk.

Maths class with Romania

This week the second class students had a very special maths class. They made a chart about how they go to school with their Romanian friends of the eTwinning project "Ready, steady,... EXPLORE".
They used English to learn Mathematics and to know how their partners and themselves go to school. They prepared a chart and talk about the results.
It was a great experience.

My town

Where do you live? What can you find in your town?  The 2nd grade students are discovering these things with our eTwinning project "Ready, steady...EXPLORE".

Portugalete for 21st century project

We've prepared a video to show Portugalete to our European partners.

The healthy survey

This is how we made our healthy survey for the eTwinning project "Healthy Booky"

Christmas videoconference

Just before Christmas holidays we had our videoconference with our Polish friends to give out the Christmas cards and sing different songs. We had a great time.

Taste

To finish with the senses we have been learning about taste. We tasted salty, sour, sweet and bitter. Some are good and others no but we had a good time.
